(1) Use wear-resistant S136 pre-hardened steel (HRC 50-52).
(2) Use slow precision wire cutting and precision grinding instead of CNC lathe machining to reduce surface defects and thermal damage, thereby optimizing the fatigue performance and long-term durability of the parts.
