Custom Aluminum Parts - Centering Template

Centering Template Case Study

Process Description for Partial Anodization of the Centering Template

There are two process solutions for the customer’s requirement to retain non-anodized areas:

1. Masking Method – Masking the non-anodized areas.
Advantages: Simple process, saving labor time.
Limitations: Anodized areas may show uneven color differences, affecting surface consistency.

2. Secondary Processing Method – After overall anodizing, precision CNC milling machining of the retained areas.
Advantages: Uniform and beautiful anodized layer, stable quality.
Limitations: Secondary clamping required, increasing labor costs.

Based on our pursuit of excellence in product quality, our standard process adopts the second option. We firmly believe that custom precision parts should not only be industrial products but also the carriers of craftsmanship.
