(1) Material Upgrade: Use S136 material that is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and has excellent polishing properties.

(2) Process Optimization: Use threaded turning instead of tapping, and the accuracy can reach a precision level of IT6.

Results:
The pass rate for the screwing test increased from 92% to 99.8%.
