1. Control of Machining Deformation: Heat treatment is prone to deformation, affecting subsequent assembly and use.
2. Locating Hole Deviation: Cumulative positional deviation of 36 locating holes lead to excessive mold closing gaps.

Solution
In order to ensure the dimensions and tolerances of the part, we have taken the following measures:

Use a dedicated furnace for processing, with real-time calibration to avoid deformation caused by temperature changes.
2. Precision Machining:
Apply customized CNC milling and CNC surface grinding to ensure the accuracy of each link and avoide deviations.
3. Logistics Protection Measures:
Provide special protection for the corners and use PVC pipe as outer protection to reduce the risk of collisions and damage.
