Use customized aluminum cnc milling parts to produce high-quality transport grippers for effective object gripping and transport.

The existing aluminum cnc milling parts – transport grippers have insufficient grip during the grabbing process, and are easily lead to plastic deformation due to the low yield strength of the aluminum material.

1. Design Optimization:
Conduct structural optimization to enhance the contact surface of the gripper.
2. Material Selection:
Replace the original AL6061-T6 with high-strength aluminum alloy AL7075-T6 to improve load-bearing capacity.

Improvement Effects:
Grip reliability increases from 85% to 99.5%.
Workpiece deformation is reduced from 0.15mm to ≤0.05mm.
