Solutions:
Material Treatment: We selected SKD11 steel and conducted 3-TIMES SECONDARY TEMPERING, achieving a stable hardness of 58HRC±1 to reduce subsequent deformation.
Precision Control: Each process step underwent inspection during production.
Product Control: Full inspection with three-coordinate measurement for functional features.
