Pr\u016fm\u011bry n\u00e1stroj\u016f se st\u00e1vaj\u00ed velmi mal\u00fdmi a i nepatrn\u00e9 excentrick\u00e9 vych\u00fdlen\u00ed nebo vibrace mohou p\u0159edstavovat zna\u010dnou \u010d\u00e1st zam\u00fd\u0161len\u00e9ho \u0159ezu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pro odb\u011bratele i konstrukt\u00e9ry by m\u011bly b\u00fdt minim\u00e1ln\u00ed rozm\u011bry prvk\u016f p\u0159i mikro-CNC obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed vn\u00edm\u00e1ny jako ot\u00e1zka procesn\u00ed zp\u016fsobilosti, nikoli pouze jako ot\u00e1zka CAD. Model m\u016f\u017ee obsahovat dr\u00e1\u017eku nebo otvor o velikosti 0,1 mm, ale to neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee je mo\u017en\u00e9 jej z vybran\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lu vyrobit s po\u017eadovanou toleranc\u00ed a povrchovou \u00fapravou. S t\u00edm, jak se v\u00fdrobky zmen\u0161uj\u00ed, zmen\u0161uj\u00ed se i jejich vnit\u0159n\u00ed prvky a sty\u010dn\u00e9 plochy. Pokud ano, dan\u00fd d\u00edl se sice m\u016f\u017ee hodit pro mikro-CNC obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 s sebou nese vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed procesn\u00ed riziko.
