P\u0159esn\u00e9 le\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed kov\u016f se posuzuje podle toho, jak\u00fd je povrch - nejen podle toho, jak vypad\u00e1. Povrch m\u016f\u017ee vypadat leskle, ale m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt rozmazan\u00fd materi\u00e1l, zaoblen\u00e9 hrany nebo nam\u00e1hanou vrstvu, kter\u00e1 zkresl\u00ed metalografickou anal\u00fdzu nebo zm\u011bn\u00ed ulo\u017een\u00ed na t\u011bsn\u00e9m prvku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed jsou t\u0159i rozd\u00edly:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Celistvost povrchu: C\u00edlem precizn\u00ed pr\u00e1ce je odstranit \u0161kr\u00e1bance, ani\u017e by se vytvo\u0159ila nov\u00e1 po\u0161kozen\u00e1 vrstva. Mechanick\u00fd kontakt m\u016f\u017ee rozmazat tv\u00e1rn\u00e9 kovy nebo vytrhnout vm\u011bstky v k\u0159ehk\u00fdch kovech. P\u0159\u00edstupy s n\u00edzkou deformac\u00ed (jako ECP nebo CMP) se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed v p\u0159\u00edpadech, kdy povrch mus\u00ed p\u0159edstavovat z\u00e1kladn\u00ed materi\u00e1l, nikoliv po\u0161kozen\u00ed le\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kontrola deformace: Vysok\u00fd tlak, vysok\u00e9 ot\u00e1\u010dky nebo tup\u00e1 brusiva mohou vytvo\u0159it plasticky deformovanou k\u016f\u017ei. To m\u00e1 v\u00fdznam pro metalografickou anal\u00fdzu a funk\u010dn\u00ed povrchy, kde mikrogeometrie ur\u010duje v\u00fdkon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opakovatelnost: \u201cVypad\u00e1 to dob\u0159e\u201d se t\u011b\u017eko standardizuje. P\u0159esn\u00e9 le\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed je definov\u00e1no procesn\u00edm p\u0159edpisem: po\u0159ad\u00ed zrnitosti, typ brusiva, rychlost, s\u00edla, \u010das a chladic\u00ed kapalina. Proto se laborato\u0159e a regulovan\u00e1 odv\u011btv\u00ed op\u00edraj\u00ed o dokumentovan\u00e9 kroky.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010cast\u00fdm nedorozum\u011bn\u00edm je, \u017ee le\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed a le\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed je tot\u00e9\u017e. Nen\u00ed tomu tak a jejich p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 brzk\u00e9 sm\u00edch\u00e1n\u00ed je \u010dastou p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou vzniku stop po v\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed a tepeln\u00e9ho zabarven\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kde se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1: l\u00e9ka\u0159stv\u00ed, letectv\u00ed, metalografick\u00e1 anal\u00fdza, slo\u017eit\u00e9 d\u00edly.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159esn\u00e9 le\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed kov\u016f se projev\u00ed tam, kde stav povrchu ovliv\u0148uje v\u00fdkon, kontrolu nebo n\u00e1sledn\u00e9 zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Zdravotnick\u00e9, leteck\u00e9 a l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e9 komponenty: N\u00edzk\u00e1 deformace je cen\u011bna, proto\u017ee stav povrchu souvis\u00ed s \u00fanavov\u00fdm v\u00fdkonem, korozn\u00edm chov\u00e1n\u00edm a o\u010dek\u00e1vanou \u010distotou.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Metalografick\u00e1 anal\u00fdza: Optick\u00e1 mikroskopie, EBSD a p\u0159\u00edprava TEM vy\u017eaduj\u00ed povrchy bez nap\u011bt\u00ed a \u0161kr\u00e1banc\u016f, aby byla mikrostruktura viditeln\u00e1 a nebyla maskov\u00e1na artefakty z p\u0159\u00edpravy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Slo\u017eit\u00e9 d\u00edly: Vnit\u0159n\u00ed pr\u016fchody, prot\u00ednaj\u00edc\u00ed se otvory a aditivn\u011b vyr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00e9 struktury jsou t\u011b\u017eko dosa\u017eiteln\u00e9 pomoc\u00ed kotou\u010d\u016f nebo ru\u010dn\u00edho le\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed. Netradi\u010dn\u00ed metody (vibra\u010dn\u00ed, abrazivn\u00ed proud) se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed v p\u0159\u00edpadech, kdy je omezen\u00edm p\u0159\u00edstup, nikoliv rychlost odstra\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>I u \u201czrcadlov\u011b leskl\u00fdch CNC d\u00edl\u016f\u201d je \u010dasto rozhoduj\u00edc\u00edm faktorem geometrie a riziko tolerance, nikoli lesk. U d\u00edl\u016f se slo\u017eitou geometri\u00ed, <a href=\"\/cs\/wire-edm-machining\/\">CNC obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed<\/a> je spolehlivou metodou k dosa\u017een\u00ed pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 p\u0159esnosti.
