To m\u011bn\u00ed to, na \u010dem z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed: sm\u011br \u0159ezn\u00e9 s\u00edly, ostrost n\u00e1stroje, dosah n\u00e1stroje, kontakt s up\u00edna\u010dem, teplo a dokonce i po\u0159ad\u00ed, v jak\u00e9m odeb\u00edr\u00e1te materi\u00e1l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tato p\u0159\u00edru\u010dka je naps\u00e1na pro rozhodnut\u00ed o proveditelnosti CNC obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed tenk\u00fdch st\u011bn, zejm\u00e9na pro ty, kte\u0159\u00ed pracuj\u00ed s<a href=\"https:\/\/www.uneedpm.com\/cs\/cnc-milling\/\"> p\u0159esn\u00e9 CNC fr\u00e9zov\u00e1n\u00ed <\/a>operace: zda lze geometrii obrobit, co se obvykle nepoda\u0159\u00ed a co je t\u0159eba zm\u011bnit v CAD nebo procesn\u00edm pl\u00e1nu, ne\u017e sp\u00e1l\u00edte \u010das v CAM a zmetky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Co se pova\u017euje za tenkou st\u011bnu (a lze ji opracovat)?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cTenk\u00e1 st\u011bna\u201d je jak\u00e1koli st\u011bna, kter\u00e1 ztr\u00e1c\u00ed tuhost natolik, \u017ee ji \u0159ezn\u00e9 s\u00edly, up\u00ednac\u00ed s\u00edly nebo teplo mohou posunout o hodnotu, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 v\u00fdznam pro toleranci, povrchovou \u00fapravu nebo mont\u00e1\u017e. Tato definice je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1, proto\u017ee stejn\u00e1 jmenovit\u00e1 tlou\u0161\u0165ka m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt snadn\u00e1 v jedn\u00e9 geometrii (kr\u00e1tk\u00e1, podep\u0159en\u00e1, s malou v\u00fd\u0161kou) a riskantn\u00ed v jin\u00e9 (vysok\u00e1, nepodep\u0159en\u00e1, s velk\u00fdm rozp\u011bt\u00edm).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jak\u00e1 je minim\u00e1ln\u00ed tlou\u0161\u0165ka st\u011bny pro CNC obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed? (Tabulka: materi\u00e1l versus minim\u00e1ln\u00ed hodnoty podle pravidla; odkaz na pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 sm\u011brnice\/technick\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edru\u010dky DfM)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Neexistuje \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 univerz\u00e1ln\u00ed hodnota minim\u00e1ln\u00ed tlou\u0161\u0165ky st\u011bny CNC, kter\u00e1 by platila pro ka\u017ed\u00fd d\u00edl. V\u011bt\u0161ina \u201cminim\u201d je ve skute\u010dnosti zkratkou pro \u201cminimum, kter\u00e9 se b\u011b\u017en\u011b zkou\u0161\u00ed bez speci\u00e1ln\u00edho up\u00edn\u00e1n\u00ed, postupn\u00e9ho obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed nebo ob\u011btovan\u00e9 podpory\u201d.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00ed\u017ee uveden\u00e1 pravidla se opakuj\u00ed v p\u0159\u00edru\u010dk\u00e1ch DfM a v referenc\u00edch pro prodejny. M\u016f\u017ee se v\u0161ak tak\u00e9 po odebr\u00e1n\u00ed materi\u00e1lu \u201crozpadnout na brambory\u201d kv\u016fli vnit\u0159n\u00edm pnut\u00edm a nerovnom\u011brn\u00e9mu odeb\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed materi\u00e1lu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Kdy\u017e se n\u011bkdo pt\u00e1 na \u201cminim\u00e1ln\u00ed tlou\u0161\u0165ku st\u011bny p\u0159i CNC obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed\u201d, je lep\u0161\u00ed se zeptat: minim\u00e1ln\u00ed tlou\u0161\u0165ka v jak\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161ce, s jakou podporou a obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00e1 z jak\u00e9ho stavu z\u00e1sob?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kontroln\u00ed body proveditelnosti p\u0159ed programov\u00e1n\u00edm: ztuhlost, podpora a p\u0159\u00edstup (kontroln\u00ed seznam: ot\u00e1zky \u201cano\/ne\u201d)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159edt\u00edm, ne\u017e se rozhodnete pro dr\u00e1hy n\u00e1stroj\u016f, m\u016f\u017eete v\u011bt\u0161inu poruch tenk\u00fdch st\u011bn odfiltrovat pomoc\u00ed n\u011bkolika ot\u00e1zek:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tuhost: Je st\u011bna vzhledem ke sv\u00e9 tlou\u0161\u0165ce vysok\u00e1, nebo m\u00e1 kr\u00e1tk\u00e1 rozp\u011bt\u00ed a vratn\u00e9 plochy, kter\u00e9 ji ztu\u017euj\u00ed?
