Pokud je tato mezera mal\u00e1, obvykle se do\u010dk\u00e1te rychlej\u0161\u00edho k\u00f3tov\u00e1n\u00ed, men\u0161\u00edho po\u010dtu konstruk\u010dn\u00edch smy\u010dek a stabiln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed kvality prototyp\u016f a d\u00edl\u016f pro v\u00fdrobn\u00ed stroje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mnoho probl\u00e9m\u016f obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed nen\u00ed \u201ct\u011b\u017ek\u00fdch\u201d v teoretick\u00e9m smyslu. Jsou t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9, proto\u017ee \u0159ezn\u00e9 n\u00e1stroje pro CNC obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed mus\u00ed fyzicky dos\u00e1hnout povrchu, odv\u00e9st teplo a t\u0159\u00edsky a to bez oh\u00fdb\u00e1n\u00ed nebo vibrac\u00ed. Konstrukce \u0159\u00edd\u00ed, jak snadno to jde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Co znamen\u00e1 \u201cdesign pro obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed\u201d v praxi (DFM + CNC omezen\u00ed)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>V praxi je n\u00e1vrh pro obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed n\u00e1vrhem pro vyrobitelnost (DFM) s ohledem na omezen\u00ed CNC. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee geometrii tvarujete tak, aby na ni dos\u00e1hly standardn\u00ed cnc \u0159ezn\u00e9 n\u00e1stroje, aby ji dr\u017eely p\u0159\u00edpravky a aby bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 cnc d\u00edl zm\u011b\u0159it bez heroick\u00fdch metod.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CNC obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed je subtraktivn\u00ed v\u00fdrobn\u00ed proces. Materi\u00e1l se odeb\u00edr\u00e1 pomoc\u00ed n\u00e1stroj\u016f, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed skute\u010dn\u00e9 pr\u016fm\u011bry, d\u00e9lky dr\u00e1\u017eek, polom\u011bry roh\u016f a limity tuhosti. Software CAM dok\u00e1\u017ee generovat mnoho drah n\u00e1stroj\u016f, ale nem\u016f\u017ee m\u011bnit fyzik\u00e1ln\u00ed vlastnosti n\u00e1stroj\u016f. Kdy\u017e model CAD bojuje s fyzikou n\u00e1stroje, objev\u00ed se stejn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edznaky:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>dal\u0161\u00ed nastaven\u00ed, proto\u017ee prvky sm\u011b\u0159uj\u00ed do p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 mnoha sm\u011br\u016f.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>n\u00e1stroje s dlouh\u00fdm dosahem, kter\u00e9 se rychle opot\u0159ebov\u00e1vaj\u00ed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mal\u00e9 vnit\u0159n\u00ed rohy, kter\u00e9 nut\u00ed mal\u00e9 n\u00e1stroje a pomal\u00e9 posuvy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>hlubok\u00e9 kapsy, kter\u00e9 zachycuj\u00ed t\u0159\u00edsky a teplo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>p\u0159\u00edsn\u00e9 tolerance u nefunk\u010dn\u00ed geometrie, kter\u00e9 si vynucuj\u00ed dodate\u010dn\u00e9 pr\u016fchody a kontroly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>U\u017eite\u010dn\u00fd zp\u016fsob, jak o tom p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161let, je n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed: model CAD definuje po\u017eadovan\u00e9 povrchy, ale proces CNC se \u0159\u00edd\u00ed objemy, kter\u00e9 m\u016f\u017ee n\u00e1stroj obs\u00e1hnout, ani\u017e by se po\u0161kodil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Odkud n\u00e1klady skute\u010dn\u011b poch\u00e1zej\u00ed: se\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, dosah n\u00e1stroj\u016f, doba cyklu, zmetkovitost (graf: faktory n\u00e1klad\u016f)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e1klady na obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed se \u010dasto vysv\u011btluj\u00ed jako \u201cstrojn\u00ed \u010das + materi\u00e1l\u201d. Pro in\u017een\u00fdry je to obvykle p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 jednoduch\u00e9. Dva d\u00edly se stejn\u00fdm objemem materi\u00e1lu se mohou n\u00e1kladov\u011b velmi li\u0161it, proto\u017ee drah\u00fd d\u00edl vy\u017eaduje v\u00edce se\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, v\u00edce v\u00fdm\u011bn n\u00e1stroj\u016f a v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed riziko.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00ed\u017ee je uvedena praktick\u00e1 tabulka n\u00e1klad\u016f. Nejedn\u00e1 se o cenov\u00fd model. Nap\u0159\u00edklad: hlubok\u00e1 kapsa (dosah) s ostr\u00fdmi vnit\u0159n\u00edmi rohy (mal\u00fd n\u00e1stroj) um\u00edst\u011bn\u00e1 na bo\u010dn\u00ed plo\u0161e (dodate\u010dn\u00e9 nastaven\u00ed) s malou toleranc\u00ed polohy (kontrola + riziko zmetku).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u016fkazy podlo\u017een\u00e9 v\u00fdkonnostn\u00ed c\u00edle, podle kter\u00fdch se m\u00e1 navrhovat (\u00b12-10 \u03bcm, Ra 0,2-1,6 \u03bcm, typick\u00e9 rychlosti\/pod\u00e1n\u00ed) (odkaz: pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9\/technick\u00e9 zpr\u00e1vy).<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00edle v\u00fdkonnosti podlo\u017een\u00e9 d\u016fkazy, na jejich\u017e z\u00e1klad\u011b lze navrhovat (polohov\u00e1 a povrchov\u00e1 \u00faprava, z\u00e1visl\u00e9 na procesu\/kontextu).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mnoho t\u00fdm\u016f za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 diskusi o DfM ot\u00e1zkou: \u201cDok\u00e1\u017eete udr\u017eet \u00b1X?\u201d. Lep\u0161\u00edm v\u00fdchoz\u00edm bodem je: \u201cJak\u00e9 c\u00edle jsou typick\u00e9 pro m\u016fj sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159 a jak\u00e1 konstruk\u010dn\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed je \u010din\u00ed realistick\u00fdmi?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U v\u011bt\u0161iny popt\u00e1vek RFQ uv\u00e1d\u011bjte nejprve funk\u010dn\u00ed tolerance; polohov\u00e9 tolerance na \u00farovni mikron\u016f pova\u017eujte za specializovan\u00fd po\u017eadavek na p\u0159esnost, kter\u00fd \u010dasto vy\u017eaduje kontrolu s jedn\u00edm nastaven\u00edm + kontrolu teploty + definovanou metodu kontroly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Typick\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uneedpm.com\/cs\/cnc-milling\/\">CNC fr\u00e9zov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/a> standardn\u00ed o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed (v z\u00e1vislosti na d\u00edln\u011b)\uff1aP\u0159esnost polohov\u00e1n\u00ed pro standardn\u00ed CNC obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00e9 d\u00edly (Al\/ocel, st\u0159edn\u00ed velikost) - \u00b110-50 \u03bcm; kvalita povrchu - Ra 1,6-6,3 \u03bcm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159\u00edklady p\u0159esn\u00fdch sk\u0159\u00edn\u00ed (vy\u017eadov\u00e1na explicitn\u00ed kontrola procesu)\uff1aP\u0159esnost polohy - \u00b12-10 \u03bcm; kvalita povrchu - Ra 0,2-1,6 \u03bcm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tyto rozsahy p\u0159esnosti z\u00e1vis\u00ed na stavu stroje, volb\u011b n\u00e1stroje, obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed s jedn\u00edm nastaven\u00edm a tepeln\u00e9 regulaci - nejedn\u00e1 se o univerz\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdchoz\u00ed hodnoty a uveden\u00e9 \u010d\u00edseln\u00e9 rozsahy jsou z jednoho zdroje\/neov\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 v pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch vstupech.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pro\u010d se m\u016fj n\u00e1vrh v syst\u00e9mu CAD neust\u00e1le p\u0159epracov\u00e1v\u00e1 kv\u016fli mo\u017enosti obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Proto\u017ee prvn\u00ed model CAD je obvykle postaven na funkci a balen\u00ed, nikoli na p\u0159\u00edstupu k n\u00e1stroj\u016fm a jejich nastaven\u00ed. CAM programov\u00e1n\u00ed pak odhal\u00ed m\u00edsta, kam n\u00e1stroj nedos\u00e1hne, kam se standardn\u00ed n\u00e1stroj nevejde nebo kde je pot\u0159eba druh\u00e9 (nebo t\u0159et\u00ed) nastaven\u00ed jen proto, aby se trefil do jednoho sm\u011bru funkce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u011b\u017en\u00fdm vzorem je, \u017ee redesign nem\u011bn\u00ed funkci. M\u011bn\u00ed se zp\u016fsob, jak\u00fdm jsou povrchy tvarov\u00e1ny: p\u0159id\u00e1vaj\u00ed se koutou\u010de, aby mohly \u0159ezat v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1stroje, m\u011bn\u00ed se hloubka otvoru pro cnc, aby n\u00e1stroje z\u016fstaly tuh\u00e9, a p\u0159eskupuj\u00ed se prvky, aby se daly obr\u00e1b\u011bt z m\u00e9n\u011b orientac\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pravidla geometrie, kter\u00e1 zabra\u0148uj\u00ed pomal\u00e9mu obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed a selh\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1stroje.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Geometrie je oblast, kde se n\u00e1vrh pro obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed vyplat\u00ed nejrychleji, proto\u017ee mal\u00e9 zm\u011bny tvaru mohou uvolnit v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1stroje a jednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed dr\u00e1hy n\u00e1stroj\u016f. Pro pr\u016fm\u011bry men\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e tyto, p\u0159ejd\u011bte na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uneedpm.com\/de\/wire-edm-machining\/\">EDM<\/a>\/laser nebo zm\u011bnit design prvku (nap\u0159. m\u00edsto mal\u00e9ho otvoru pou\u017e\u00edt dr\u00e1\u017eku).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pokyny pro navrhov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1vit\u016f\uff1aUve\u010fte t\u0159\u00eddu\/ specifikaci z\u00e1vitu (nap\u0159. M6x1 6H) a funk\u010dn\u00ed z\u00e1m\u011br (nosn\u00fd vs. kosmetick\u00fd). U z\u00e1vit\u016f s mal\u00fdm pr\u016fm\u011brem (\u2264M8) omezte hloubku z\u00e1vitu na \u22643\u00d7D - hlubok\u00e9 mal\u00e9 z\u00e1vity zvy\u0161uj\u00ed riziko zlomen\u00ed z\u00e1vitn\u00edku. Pokud nen\u00ed po\u017eadov\u00e1na pln\u00e1 hloubka z\u00e1vitu, v\u00fdslovn\u011b uve\u010fte \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dnou toleranci z\u00e1vitu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u0159\u00edstup k bodov\u00e9 plo\u0161e\/protiotvoru\uff1aZajist\u011bte, aby hloubka bodov\u00e9 plochy\/protiotvoru nep\u0159es\u00e1hla efektivn\u00ed d\u00e9lku dr\u00e1\u017eky n\u00e1stroje; vyhn\u011bte se \u00fazk\u00e9mu p\u0159\u00edstupu k bodov\u00fdm prvk\u016fm, kter\u00e9 nut\u00ed n\u00e1stroje s velk\u00fdm dosahem.
