P\u0159esto se mnoho konstrukt\u00e9r\u016f a n\u00e1kup\u010d\u00edch zasekne na stejn\u00fdch kompromisech: Jakou p\u0159esnost m\u016f\u017eete skute\u010dn\u011b dodr\u017eet - \u00b10,01-0,02 mm? Kdy maj\u00ed tvrzen\u00ed o \"ultrap\u0159esnosti\" smysl? A jak spolu souvis\u00ed kvalita povrchu, kontrola, doba realizace a n\u00e1klady? Tento pr\u016fvodce nejprve odpov\u00ed na tyto ot\u00e1zky a pot\u00e9 v\u00e1s sezn\u00e1m\u00ed s procesy, materi\u00e1ly, DFM, metrologi\u00ed, faktory ovliv\u0148uj\u00edc\u00edmi n\u00e1klady a s t\u00edm, jak si s jistotou vybrat dodavatele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Co je p\u0159esn\u00e9 CNC obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed (a kdy ho pou\u017e\u00edt)?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159esn\u00e9 CNC obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed je v podstat\u011b po\u010d\u00edta\u010dem \u0159\u00edzen\u00fd zp\u016fsob od\u0159ez\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed materi\u00e1lu z masivn\u00edho bloku nebo ty\u010de pro vytvo\u0159en\u00ed kone\u010dn\u00e9ho tvaru. Stroj se \u0159\u00edd\u00ed pokyny, kter\u00e9 se naz\u00fdvaj\u00ed G-k\u00f3d. Tento G-k\u00f3d obvykle poch\u00e1z\u00ed z modelu CAD (v\u00e1\u0161 n\u00e1vrh) a softwaru CAM (va\u0161e dr\u00e1hy n\u00e1stroj\u016f). Proto\u017ee je pohyb \u0159\u00edzen po\u010d\u00edta\u010dov\u00fdm numerick\u00fdm \u0159\u00edzen\u00edm, m\u016f\u017ee stejn\u00fd program vyrobit mnoho stejn\u00fdch d\u00edl\u016f s men\u0161\u00edmi odchylkami ne\u017e v\u011bt\u0161ina tradi\u010dn\u00edch metod obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To je tak\u00e9 odpov\u011b\u010f na \u010dastou ot\u00e1zku: Co je to p\u0159esn\u00fd CNC stroj? Nen\u00ed to jeden speci\u00e1ln\u00ed stroj s kouzelnou n\u00e1lepkou. \"P\u0159esn\u00fdm CNC strojem\" se obvykle rozum\u00ed CNC fr\u00e9zka nebo CNC soustruh, kter\u00e9 jsou nastaveny, udr\u017eov\u00e1ny a m\u011b\u0159eny zp\u016fsobem, kter\u00fd podporuje vysokou p\u0159esnost v\u00fdsledk\u016f. Z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na stroji, ale tak\u00e9 na \u0159ezn\u00fdch n\u00e1stroj\u00edch, upevn\u011bn\u00ed, kontrole teploty, sondov\u00e1n\u00ed a kontrole. Modern\u00ed obr\u00e1b\u011bc\u00ed stroje s vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed tuhost\u00ed a teplotn\u00ed stabilitou p\u0159\u00edmo p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed k udr\u017een\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch toleranc\u00ed ve v\u00fdrobn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">CNC p\u0159esnost vs. standardn\u00ed CNC obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed vs. ru\u010dn\u00ed obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Lid\u00e9 se \u010dasto ptaj\u00ed: Co je to p\u0159esn\u00e9 CNC? Kdy\u017e v\u0161ak pot\u0159ebujete konzistentn\u00ed v\u00fdsledky u 50, 500 nebo 5000 kus\u016f, CNC m\u00e1 tendenci v\u00edt\u011bzit, proto\u017ee stroj dok\u00e1\u017ee prov\u00e1d\u011bt stejn\u00e9 pohyby stejn\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem - a kontrola to potvrd\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kdy je nutn\u00e1 \"p\u0159esnost\"<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kdy byste tedy m\u011bli platit za slu\u017eby p\u0159esn\u00e9ho CNC obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed nam\u00edsto obecn\u00fdch CNC prac\u00ed? Obvykle je pot\u0159ebujete, kdy\u017e funkce z\u00e1vis\u00ed na p\u0159esn\u00e9 geometrii, nikoliv jen na hrub\u00e9m tvaru. Typick\u00fdmi p\u0159\u00edklady jsou pouzdra, dr\u017e\u00e1ky, rozvody, h\u0159\u00eddele, \u010depy, pouzdra, p\u0159\u00edpravky, formy a sestavy s p\u0159\u00edsnou toleranc\u00ed, u nich\u017e se d\u00edly mus\u00ed zam\u011b\u0148ovat bez ru\u010dn\u00ed mont\u00e1\u017ee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Specializovan\u00e9 procesy p\u0159esn\u00e9ho obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159esn\u00e9 obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed nen\u00ed jen fr\u00e9zov\u00e1n\u00ed a soustru\u017een\u00ed. Existuje v\u00edce typ\u016f p\u0159esn\u00fdch CNC proces\u016f optimalizovan\u00fdch pro r\u016fzn\u00e9 geometrie, tolerance a materi\u00e1ly. Ur\u010dit\u00e9 geometrie, tolerance a po\u017eadavky na povrchovou \u00fapravu vy\u017eaduj\u00ed specializovan\u00e9 procesy, kter\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161\u00ed velmi specifick\u00e9 probl\u00e9my. Tyto procesy se obvykle pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed, kdy\u017e b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 CNC obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed dos\u00e1hne praktick\u00fdch nebo ekonomick\u00fdch limit\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vysokorychlostn\u00ed obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed (HSM)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159i vysokorychlostn\u00edm obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed velmi vysok\u00e9 ot\u00e1\u010dky v\u0159etena a posuvy s n\u00e1stroji s mal\u00fdm pr\u016fm\u011brem, aby se minimalizovalo teplo, zlep\u0161il odvod t\u0159\u00edsek a zachovala rozm\u011brov\u00e1 stabilita. HSM se b\u011b\u017en\u011b pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 pro tenk\u00e9 st\u011bny, kalen\u00e9 oceli, hlin\u00edkov\u00e9 formy a detailn\u00ed kontury povrchu. Mezi v\u00fdhody pat\u0159\u00ed lep\u0161\u00ed kvalita povrchu (\u010dasto Ra 0,4-1,6 \u03bcm), men\u0161\u00ed pr\u016fhyb zp\u016fsoben\u00fd tlakem n\u00e1stroje a men\u0161\u00ed sekund\u00e1rn\u00ed le\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mikroobr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mikroobr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed se zab\u00fdv\u00e1 prvky o velikosti men\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 1 mm, pr\u016fm\u011brem n\u00e1stroje 20-50 \u03bcm a tolerancemi v \u0159\u00e1du mikrometr\u016f. Pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 se v l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00fdch implant\u00e1tech, mikrofluidn\u00edch sou\u010d\u00e1stk\u00e1ch, optice a n\u00e1stroj\u00edch pro polovodi\u010de. V tomto m\u011b\u0159\u00edtku se hlavn\u00edmi omezen\u00edmi st\u00e1vaj\u00ed h\u00e1zivost n\u00e1stroje, odvod t\u0159\u00edsek, maz\u00e1n\u00ed a teplo, a proto jsou zapot\u0159eb\u00ed specializovan\u00e9 mikrofr\u00e9zy a v\u0159etena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Soustru\u017een\u00ed \u0161v\u00fdcarsk\u00e9ho typu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160v\u00fdcarsk\u00e9 soustru\u017een\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 posuvn\u00fd v\u0159eten\u00edk, kter\u00fd posouv\u00e1 ty\u010d p\u0159es vodic\u00ed pouzdro, co\u017e umo\u017e\u0148uje obr\u00e1b\u011bt velmi dlouh\u00e9 a \u0161t\u00edhl\u00e9 d\u00edly bez vych\u00fdlen\u00ed. Touto technikou se dosahuje toleranc\u00ed \u00b12-5 \u03bcm u mal\u00fdch h\u0159\u00eddel\u00ed, \u010dep\u016f, zdravotnick\u00fdch spojovac\u00edch prvk\u016f a hodin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch sou\u010d\u00e1stek. Tento proces je bezkonkuren\u010dn\u00ed z hlediska soust\u0159ednosti a opakovatelnosti u mal\u00fdch soustru\u017een\u00fdch d\u00edl\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tvrd\u00e9 soustru\u017een\u00ed<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tvrd\u00e9 soustru\u017een\u00ed nahrazuje brou\u0161en\u00ed u n\u011bkter\u00fdch kalen\u00fdch ocel\u00ed (45-68 HRC) s pou\u017eit\u00edm desti\u010dek CBN a pevn\u00fdch soustruh\u016f. Nab\u00edz\u00ed rychlej\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdm\u011bnu n\u00e1stroj\u016f a ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1klady na jeden d\u00edl ne\u017e brou\u0161en\u00ed na kulato, pokud to tolerance drsnosti a tvaru dovoluj\u00ed. Obecn\u00e9 pravidlo: Tvrd\u00e9 soustru\u017een\u00ed zvl\u00e1d\u00e1 povrchy Ra 0,2-0,6 \u03bcm, ale pro zrcadlov\u00e9 povrchy nebo t\u011bsnou v\u00e1lcovitost je st\u00e1le nutn\u00e9 brou\u0161en\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elektrojiskrov\u00e9 obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed (EDM)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Elektroerozivn\u00ed obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1 materi\u00e1l jiskrovou eroz\u00ed, nikoli \u0159ez\u00e1n\u00edm, a proto je ide\u00e1ln\u00ed pro kalen\u00e9 oceli, hlubok\u00e9 kapsy, ostr\u00e9 vnit\u0159n\u00ed rohy a jemn\u00e9 z\u00e1pustky. Geometrie d\u00edlu, chov\u00e1n\u00ed materi\u00e1lu a tepeln\u00e9 vlastnosti v\u00fdznamn\u011b ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed, jak bl\u00edzko lze re\u00e1ln\u011b dodr\u017eet tolerance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mezi b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 geometrick\u00e9 probl\u00e9my pat\u0159\u00ed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tenk\u00e9 st\u011bny<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tenk\u00e9 st\u011bny pod 1-1,5 mm se mohou p\u0159i \u0159ez\u00e1n\u00ed proh\u00fdbat, pohlcovat energii n\u00e1stroje a po odstran\u011bn\u00ed zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed pru\u017eit zp\u011bt. To m\u00e1 za n\u00e1sledek ku\u017eelovitost, vrubov\u00e1n\u00ed nebo rozm\u011brov\u00fd posun. Strategie zahrnuj\u00ed klidov\u00e9 obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed, HSM, podp\u016frn\u00e1 \u017eebra nebo m\u00edrn\u00e9 zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed tlou\u0161\u0165ky st\u011bny pro CNC a pozd\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zten\u010den\u00ed pomoc\u00ed EDM nebo brou\u0161en\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hlubok\u00e9 kapsy a dutiny<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Hlubok\u00e9 kapsy zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed probl\u00e9my s dosahem n\u00e1stroje, probl\u00e9my s odvodem t\u0159\u00edsek a chv\u011bn\u00ed n\u00e1stroje s vysok\u00fdm pom\u011brem stran. Plat\u00ed pravidlo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prvky hlub\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 4-6\u00d7 pr\u016fm\u011br n\u00e1stroje vy\u017eaduj\u00ed upravenou strategii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud je to v\u00edce ne\u017e 10\u00d7, lze up\u0159ednostnit EDM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dlouh\u00e9 \u0161t\u00edhl\u00e9 h\u0159\u00eddele<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160t\u00edhl\u00e9 h\u0159\u00eddele se proh\u00fdbaj\u00ed a vy\u017eaduj\u00ed st\u0159edovou podp\u011bru nebo \u0161v\u00fdcarsk\u00e9 obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed. Limituj\u00edc\u00edmi faktory se st\u00e1vaj\u00ed sp\u00ed\u0161e kvalita povrchu a h\u00e1zivost ne\u017e jmenovit\u00fd pr\u016fm\u011br.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Teplo a tepeln\u00e1 rozta\u017enost<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Materi\u00e1ly s vysokou CTE, jako jsou plasty, hlin\u00edk a titan, m\u011bn\u00ed b\u011bhem obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed a chlazen\u00ed rozm\u011bry.
