Ocel 17-4PH je v mnoha ohledech \"nerezov\u00fd n\u00e1stroj\" - pevn\u00e1 a odoln\u00e1 proti korozi, zejm\u00e9na po sr\u00e1\u017ekov\u00e9m kalen\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kompromis v obrobitelnosti: austenitick\u00e1 nerezov\u00e1 ocel (304\/316) m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt \"gumovit\u00e1\", tak\u017ee je t\u0159eba sn\u00ed\u017eit rychlost a z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na volb\u011b n\u00e1stroje. 17-4PH obr\u00e1b\u00ed \u010dist\u011bji, zejm\u00e9na v rozsahu H900-H1150, ale st\u00e1le pot\u0159ebuje ostr\u00e9 n\u00e1stroje a dobrou kontrolu t\u0159\u00edsek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jak\u00fd je rozd\u00edl mezi ocel\u00ed a nerezovou ocel\u00ed? Nerezov\u00e1 ocel je st\u00e1le ocel, ale obsahuje dostate\u010dn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed chromu (obvykle \u226510,5%), aby vytvo\u0159ila pasivn\u00ed vrstvu, kter\u00e1 odol\u00e1v\u00e1 korozi.
