SFM vyu\u017eijete p\u0159i fr\u00e9zov\u00e1n\u00ed, soustru\u017een\u00ed a vrt\u00e1n\u00ed. V metrick\u00e9m kontextu se \u0159ezn\u00e1 rychlost \u010dasto zapisuje jako Vc v m\/min. Dvakr\u00e1t zkontrolujte, \u017ee pr\u016fm\u011br je v palc\u00edch, pokud pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1te SFM, a v milimetrech, pokud pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1te m\/min. P\u0159i pevn\u011b stanoven\u00fdch ot\u00e1\u010dk\u00e1ch nastav\u00edte fz, abyste vytvo\u0159ili skute\u010dn\u00fd \u010dip, a pak vypo\u010dtete IPM. MRR roste s IPM a z\u00e1b\u011brem. Pokud je SFM p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 vysok\u00e1, doch\u00e1z\u00ed ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed tepla; pokud je sfm p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 n\u00edzk\u00e1, n\u00e1stroj se t\u0159ep\u00ed a doch\u00e1z\u00ed ke ztvrdnut\u00ed pr\u00e1ce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kompromisy mezi pr\u016fm\u011brem n\u00e1stroje, po\u010dtem dr\u00e1\u017eek, z\u00e1b\u011brem a ot\u00e1\u010dkami v\u0159etena<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mal\u00e1 fr\u00e9za pot\u0159ebuje pro stejn\u00fd SFM v\u00edce ot\u00e1\u010dek. V\u00edce dr\u00e1\u017eek umo\u017e\u0148uje p\u0159i stejn\u00e9 fz dos\u00e1hnout vy\u0161\u0161\u00edho posuvu, ale zt\u011b\u017euje se odvod t\u0159\u00edsek. Vysok\u00fd axi\u00e1ln\u00ed, ale n\u00edzk\u00fd radi\u00e1ln\u00ed z\u00e1b\u011br (b\u011b\u017en\u00fd u vysoce \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9ho fr\u00e9zov\u00e1n\u00ed) m\u016f\u017ee umo\u017enit vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed fz p\u0159i stejn\u00e9 SFM, proto\u017ee ten\u010d\u00ed t\u0159\u00edsky se l\u00e9pe chlad\u00ed a sni\u017euj\u00ed zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed n\u00e1stroje. Na druhou stranu dr\u00e1\u017ekov\u00e1n\u00ed s pln\u00fdm radi\u00e1ln\u00edm z\u00e1b\u011brem \u010dasto vy\u017eaduje ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed SFM a opatrn\u00e9 zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed t\u0159\u00edsky, aby nedoch\u00e1zelo k odlupov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Teplo, opot\u0159eben\u00ed n\u00e1stroje a kvalita povrchu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pokud je SFM p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 vysok\u00e1: teplo stoup\u00e1, hrany m\u011bknou, povlaky se rozpadaj\u00ed. Dojde k opot\u0159eben\u00ed kr\u00e1ter\u016f, vyp\u00e1len\u00ed a \u0161patn\u00e9 povrchov\u00e9 \u00faprav\u011b.
