Tento proces vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 s\u00edlu lisu k vytvo\u0159en\u00ed sou\u010d\u00e1sti v s\u00ed\u0165ov\u00e9m nebo t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 s\u00ed\u0165ov\u00e9m tvaru. Samotn\u00fd n\u00e1vrh je komplexn\u00ed pl\u00e1n, kter\u00fd popisuje ka\u017edou \u010d\u00e1st lisovac\u00ed formy, z \u010deho je vyrobena, jak\u00e1 je jej\u00ed p\u0159esn\u00e1 velikost a jak spolupracuje s ostatn\u00edmi \u010d\u00e1stmi formy, aby se z ploch\u00e9ho kusu kovu stal slo\u017eit\u00fd trojrozm\u011brn\u00fd d\u00edl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fdznam pe\u010dliv\u00e9ho n\u00e1vrhu matrice nelze p\u0159ece\u0148ovat. Na druhou stranu \u0161patn\u011b navr\u017een\u00e1 matrice vede k neust\u00e1l\u00e9mu odstra\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed probl\u00e9m\u016f, p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u00e9mu opot\u0159eben\u00ed, vysok\u00e9 zmetkovitosti a n\u00e1kladn\u00fdm prostoj\u016fm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kvalita &amp; <\/strong><strong>Konzistence<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong> Kvalita d\u00edlu je kone\u010dn\u00fdm soudcem matrice. Rozm\u011brov\u00e1 p\u0159esnost, geometrick\u00e9 tolerance a povrchov\u00e1 \u00faprava kone\u010dn\u00e9ho d\u00edlu jsou d\u00e1ny jeho konstrukc\u00ed. Dob\u0159e navr\u017een\u00e1 matrice znamen\u00e1, \u017ee prvn\u00ed a miliont\u00fd d\u00edl jsou prakticky stejn\u00e9, co\u017e je nezbytn\u00e9 pro zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed opakovatelnosti pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 v modern\u00edch mont\u00e1\u017en\u00edch link\u00e1ch a spolehlivosti v\u00fdrobk\u016f. T\u011bsn\u00e9 tolerance +\/- 0,001 mm nejsou n\u00e1hodn\u00e9, jsou p\u0159\u00edm\u00fdm d\u016fsledkem procesu n\u00e1vrhu, kter\u00fd zohled\u0148uje v\u0161echny mikrofaktory, jako je pru\u017enost materi\u00e1lu, tepeln\u00e1 rozta\u017enost atd.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Efektivita a rychlost:<\/strong> Konstrukce matrice p\u0159\u00edmo souvis\u00ed s rychlost\u00ed v\u00fdroby. Schopnost poskytovat rychl\u00e9 dodac\u00ed lh\u016fty, 3-5 dn\u00ed u urgentn\u00edch zak\u00e1zek a standardn\u011b 7-15 dn\u00ed, je p\u0159\u00edm\u00fdm v\u00fdsledkem optimalizovan\u00e9ho konstruk\u010dn\u00edho a v\u00fdrobn\u00edho postupu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u017divotnost n\u00e1stroje:<\/strong> Raznice je v\u00fdznamnou investi\u010dn\u00ed polo\u017ekou. Konstruk\u010dn\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed p\u0159ijat\u00e1 na za\u010d\u00e1tku ur\u010duj\u00ed jej\u00ed provozn\u00ed \u017eivotnost. Jedn\u00e1 se o prvn\u00ed kontroln\u00ed proces, kter\u00fd ur\u010duje, zda je lisov\u00e1n\u00ed nejre\u00e1ln\u011bj\u0161\u00edm a n\u00e1kladov\u011b nejefektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm zp\u016fsobem v\u00fdroby.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Geometrick\u00e1 recenze:<\/strong> T\u00fdm in\u017een\u00fdr\u016f zkontroluje geometrii d\u00edlu. Nejsou polom\u011bry ohybu p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 ostr\u00e9? Nejsou nakreslen\u00e9 prvky p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 hlubok\u00e9? Jsou otvory a hrany dostate\u010dn\u011b daleko od sebe, aby byla zaji\u0161t\u011bna integrita materi\u00e1lu? Tady se hod\u00ed zku\u0161enosti des\u00edtek let. Jako p\u0159\u00edklad lze uv\u00e9st, zda nekritick\u00fd prvek pot\u0159ebuje toleranci +\/- 0,005 mm, nebo by to mohlo b\u00fdt +\/- 0,02 mm? Tato diskuse se z\u00e1kazn\u00edkem je velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm krokem v procesu DFM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>V\u00fdb\u011br a hodnocen\u00ed materi\u00e1lu:<\/strong> Zvolen\u00fd materi\u00e1l je nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed prom\u011bnnou. Jeho vlastnosti - ta\u017enost, pevnost v tahu, tvrdost a tlou\u0161\u0165ka - ur\u010duj\u00ed cel\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup k n\u00e1vrhu. T\u00fdm mus\u00ed vz\u00edt v \u00favahu:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Tvarovatelnost:<\/strong> Rozt\u00e1hne se materi\u00e1l, ohne se a vyt\u00e1hne do po\u017eadovan\u00e9ho tvaru, ani\u017e by se roztrhl?
